The AJE ATHLETICA Experience

The AJE ATHLETICA experience took place on 8th June 2021, to celebrate the launch of the new athleticwear capsule. Moments of tranquility were found amongst quiet coastlines and native bushland. In an immersive and performance focused adventure, from the heart of Sydney to Bouddi National Park on New South Wales’ Central Coast to the beautiful shores of Palm Beach, the day was filled with physical activity and mental rejuvenation. Led by our AJE ATHLETICA Ambassadors alongside our Co-Founders and Creative Directors Adrian Norris and Edwina Forest, the AJE ATHLETICA experience had our guests move in their favourite A.A styles whilst performing to new heights to promote their wellbeing.

001 The Arrival

Our guests arrived at Bouddi National Park, transported from the heart of Sydney by Mercedes Benz to discover AJE ATHLETICA immersed in the sand to begin the experience. This was a moment for our guests to breathe in the fresh air and soak in their surroundings to mentally and physically prepare for the day ahead, produced by Studio Messa.

002 Acknowlegement To Country

Since the early beginnings of Aje in 2012 and solidified through our Aje Aware pillar to Honour First Nations Culture, we have continued to acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live and learn. Once settled onto the beach, an Acknowledgement to Country took place at Bouddi National Park on Darkinjung land.

003 Performance

Now the physical experience began to take shape. A warm up on Putty Beach was led by AJE ATHLETICA Ambassador and athlete Jessica Sergis prior to their scenic run through the Bouddi National Park to Gerrin Point. To make every movement matter, Bala Bangles were utilised by our guests to add a constant, yet comfortable resistance to their workout.

004 Wellness

Once our guests arrived at their next location, AJE ATHLETICA Ambassador Holly Davis led a guided meditation session.

 

 

 

 

 

Sir Thomas Hopswith

005 Relax and Recharge

Then our Co-Founders and Creative Directors Adrian Norris and Edwina Forest greeted our guests upon the sail yacht Sir Thomas Hopswith to host a delicious earth to table lunch on the yacht, with refreshing beverages by Santa Vittoria and Moet Chandon. Made by Chef Tom Morrison, a sit down lunch surrounded by decorative vases from Dinosaur Designs was a time for the Aje team and guests to share their love for fitness and wellbeing whilst gliding through the ocean.

006 Yacht Sailing

Our guests turn to adventure for the final leg of the A.A experience, sailing across to beautiful Palm Beach to discover their wellness packages, including natural body core from Biode.
