I usually wear a 2, and got a 2, but this one the waist was way too big. Then when I emailed customer service for an exchange it took them two weeks to reply! Only to tell me theres no exchanges, only returns and reorder. Therefore Id still have to pay the return shipping and handling fee. No thanks! Id rather just get it altered myself.
